The specific skills and equipment of the Department enable the support of European projects with video content, which is essential to ensure adequate dissemination on the web and social media.

Furthermore, proper web management of project content and their respective organizations helps to enhance the impact and sustainability of initiatives and all stakeholders. Additionally, the Department contributes to creating educational products that, increasingly often, provide asynchronous video lessons, requiring multimedia production. The Department works alongside OpenCom's journalistic head and Press Office in creating Eurodesk Video News and corporate, project, marketing, and commercial communication activities.
