Research and Design of New Training Curricula and Training

According to the World Economic Forum (The future of Jobs Report, 2016), labor market is experiencing a revolutionary change, which is affecting and will affect all economic sectors. Some skills will no longer be in demand and will be replaced by more innovative ones.

OpenCom works actively, with its international network, to design innovative curricula, according to a logic oriented to learning outcomes. The curricula are aligned to the continuous changes that are taking place in the labour market, changes that are previously analyzed and studied by the “Needs Analysis Lab”.

Constant attention is given to the processes of identification, assessment and validation of learning transferred to individuals in non-formal and informal contexts, in order to describe the learning outcomes, thus enabling the drawing up of curricula according to a bottom-up approach.

We start from the working context to get to the training, validation and transfer both at an international and trans-sectoral level.
