OpenCom carries out applied research in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, in particular, on corporate sustainability. In this regard, it develops qualitative and quantitative analyses focused on sustainability, consumers and companies.

In addition, it supports companies of any size in the process of writing Sustainability Reports, supporting companies with Project Management skills and procedures. The ICT department has developed a specific PDM-RS software, in order to provide a tool capable of managing the complexity of information and data needed for reporting.

Lastly, OpenCom supports clients in the many different activities that the drafting of sustainability reporting requires, such as, for example, the mapping of Stakeholders, the Materiality Analysis, the definition of the indicators, their collection and processing, up to the strategic planning and implementation of communication plans, thanks to its expertise in the field of economics, statistics and communication.

Moreover, OpenCom offers specific corporate training programs (face or online synchronous and asynchronous learning) on the issues related to sustainability and on all the training needs that the practice of sustainability can arise in the organization.
