Project Management

OpenCom coordinates and manages many types of funded projects (mainly from European funds), according to the main international Project Management methodologies, in particular, the PRINCE2^®.

This methodology ensures quality results that can produce long-term benefits. In all projects, OpenCom also deals with risk, quality, change and sustainability management.

The internal ICT department has developed a specific software for Project Data Management (PDM-TEAM), a web-based tool for management, storage, collaboration and communication that allows the Project Manager and the partners to manage project tasks respecting deadlines and in compliance with the expected quality parameters. The PDM-TEAM is also a fundamental tool to conduct project reporting activities quickly, on time and efficiently. OpenCom transfers its project management skills through formal and non-formal training activities, whose targets are students, firms and adults.
